At Coregas we believe that it is an important part of our management approach to operate our
business in an environmentally responsible manner. We believe that we must manage land, water
and ecosystems in sustainable ways.

Objectives
We believe in achieving more than just compliance and in order to meet this target we will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while aspiring to higher standards;
• Work closely with government agencies and local communities to learn and understand the environmental risks in the areas in which we operate;
• Establish environmental management systems and implement programs that identify, assess and manage environmental risk;
• Set and regularly review environmental objectives and targets;
• Measure our performance through audits; and;
• Strive to prevent pollution and to seek improvement with respect to emissions, discharges, wastes, energy use and resource consumption.

Coregas recognises and accepts responsibility for providing a safe and healthy environment for our
employees, visitors, customers and the public and for the protection of property.

• Continually improve our performance through setting and reviewing targets and reporting on our health, safety and environmental performance using best available practices;
• Foster a better understanding of health, safety and environmental issues pertinent to its activities and to contribute constructively to a sustainable future.
