Our Process Gas Applications (PGA) customers are more like partners to us. We work closely with these customers to ensure they receive their gas with no supply interruptions to their respective applications. Our technical services team, with over 30 years experience ensure all on-site equipment is built, installed and commissioned to the highest standards. It is also designed to provide the safest and most efficient system aligned with our customers' requirements.

We ensure the quality and safety of our gas installations is of the highest order by complying with strict industry safety standards including pharmaceutical and medical grade.

Telemetry system

Our cryogenic vessels which are designed especially to transport the liquefied gases have the option for real time remote telemetry, removing the hassle of re-ordering gas if required. The real time remote telemetry means that you can monitor your consumption of gas at any particular time and it also allows your gas deliveries to be scheduled automatically ensuring you have a continuous gas supply to your applications.

Nitrogen

Our Port Kembla Air Separation and Liquefier plant in New South Wales is one of the larger plants in the southern hemisphere and supplies purities of up to 99.999%.  We supply different grades of liquid nitrogen for use in electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals and industrial applications.  Liquid nitrogen is delivered by cryogenic tankers into on-site vacuum insulated (VIE) vessels of all sizes.

Oxygen 

We supply different grades of liquid oxygen for use in medical, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and industrial applications.  These include life support, health and safety, water treatment, food packaging and aquaculture applications.  Storage vessel sizes vary depending on the customer.

Hydrogen

Our steam reformer plant at Port Kembla can make upto a 1000m3/hr of gaseous hydrogen.We have been supplying high purity Hydrogen(upto 99.999%)to the industry for many years.We deliver in high pressure trailers that have a capacity of 3000m3 each ensuring a reliable supply for your application and can also install high pressure storage vessels on-site with the appropriate safety systems, depending on your process requirements.

Argon

We also supply bulk Argon with a purity of 99.999% for all applications, including GMA(Gas Metal Arc) and TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas) welding requirements.Gas supply pressure can be designed to suit most customer needs such as in workshops and manufacturing environments.
